History
1968 - The establishment of MIRKÖZ Csongrád Manufacturing Plant by the fusion
of Budapest-based MIRKÖZ Co-operation and Csongrád-based Iron and Metal Cooperation.
1990 - Break-away from MIRKÖZ, independent cooperation under FRIGOLUX name.
1992 - FRIGOLUX Cooperation was transformed into share company.
